Comments about Peavey 6505+ 120W Guitar Head with 6505 4x12 300W Cabinet:
My personal opinion on this amp would be that it is in fact a five star amp. If you were to just pull this out of its box and plug it in it honestly wouldn't sound that great, but with a few simple knob turns it can produce anghelic highs and beastly lows. I personally felt very good with the purchase, I believe Peavey was quite honest in their descriptions of this amp. I felt that the quality of the amp is quite fair and it has proven to be a very reliable amp. What motived me to purchase this amp is the great feeling of being able to perform for others, the feeling of belonging in a community of musicians, and the motivation that this amp will in some way help me to put food on the table in the future. Overall great purchase for anyone looking to play anything with distortion.
