This JSX bottom will make any head sound amazing! I own the straight version and want to buy the angled for the full stack sound. These speakers are the most versatile. The distortions don't sound muddy or tinny-thin sounding. The clean-normal channel even better. I am completely amazed, I have tried everything, I thought my amps were the problem;nope! the speakers are the missing link in the chain. Before you sell your head, try it with the JSX cabinet!
I have purchased the jsx head and I hated it. But the reason was because I was playing through a randall cabinet. Today i bought the jsx cabinet and my god I am impressed. I never understood why cabinet were a lot of money but now I understand this will make any head sound good I swear to you probably the best cabinet on the market. Why pay for a more expensive cabinet that will not be as good or if you want something cheapier I suggest to just pay for this it's worth it.
I love this cab it take anything you throw at it,and the microphone-simulated XLR direct output is awesome (better sound in live situations). My only gripe is I wish it had a metal grill and the price is a little steap. It was hard not going for the Marshall 1960a but since I had the JSX 120 watt head why not go for the match. I made the right choice and I just ordered the straight cab to make it a full stack. Can't wait to hear this puppy in stereo!
I bought this cab to go along with my JSX head and I am beyond happy! The quality is incredible, the sound is phenomenal, the features, are excellent...need I say more! I love the "bright-normal-dark" selector switch on the back of the cab which allows you to customize your sound even further. Don't hesitate, buy it today!
