Two Jaguar drivers pump big sound out of this small combo package.

The 100W Randall RX100RG2 Guitar Combo Amp is equipped with digital effects, and 2 channels for 3 modes, all in a compact and powerful package. The RX100RG2 amp is oaded with spring reverb, dual 3-Band EQ, series effects loop, and slave output with level. "Huge sound" is the best phrase to describe the 2x12 Randall RX100RG2 combo.

Randall's mission to deliver a more affordable amp that achieves the tone of much larger combos and stacks has developed into quite a powerhouse. The amp's RX tone circuits achieve the modern Randall tone that delivers plenty of tight lows as well as enough top end sizzle to satisfy any metal monster.

The result is an overwhelming sound that may change your definition of the modern practice amp.

Comments about Randall RX Series RX100RG2 100W 2x12 Guitar Combo Amp:

i purchased this amp not too long ago and it completely changed my sound. i have a crate flexwave half stack, and like alot of those they have problems. this amp will do more than keep up with halfstacks. the sound is great, the spring reverb sounds amazing. this amp is a beast. the effects loop is something im new to so it blew my mind how awesome they are (now i know why they are good to have). im going to aquire a m-108 equilizer and see how it effects my sound. which i already am happy with.

Comments about Randall RX Series RX100RG2 100W 2x12 Guitar Combo Amp:

Ok, I was a little worried about buying this amp because I'd never seen a review for this product, but I had already pruchased the Randall RX120RH and RX412 Half Stack so I gave it a shot. The pros:Extreme volume levels match its bigger brother and the tone is exactly the same.Extremely easy setup: open, plug and play. The distortion effects are pretty good if your into a classic/hard rock tone. The cons:Just like the Randall "RX120RH and RX412 Half Stack", the tone needs too be supplemented for metal by using an overdrive/metal effects pedal/processor.It doesnt come with the wheels like the halfstack, but it comes with almost the same weight. (good only if you dont need to lug it around all day)The only reason I gave it a 4.0 on features was the lack of effects I've come to expect from most solid-state combo amplifiers.Recomendations:When purchasing this model or the Randall RX120RH and RX412 Half Stack, remember to purchase either the boss mt2 or the boss metalcore pedal. Dimarzio cables never fail, and this long-term investment will keep you in the game for years without replacement. Replacing the jaguar speakers and putting in texas heat is a must for any metalhead who needs those sharp highs as well as crunchy lows, without the muddy indestinguishable ones you tend to get at high volume levels.Overall:Exellent amp, I can keep the stack at my drummers house and have the same thing at my house but with half the hassle of all that space required. This thing really pounds your chest and gets your adrenaline going. I highly recomend all randall products (at least till you can afford krank).
