Rocktron

Explore a deep palette of warm, analog, multi-voiced chorusing.

The Reaction Chorus is a pure analog effect that utilizes the classic BBD sought out and used by the most discriminating players, adding color but not compromising your tone.

The Reaction Chorus has three simple yet effective controls. The Rate knob controls the speed of the LFO waveform used to modulate the delay, while Depth controls the amount of modulation. The Intensity knob controls the amount of chorus effect that is added to your signal.

Fans loved Rocktron's first round of stompboxes, but wanted them smaller so pedalboards could accommodate more. Rocktron delivers on that with the Reaction Series! With newly designed circuitry that boosts performance and tone, Reaction stomps are an affordable, compact solution for guitarists looking to enhance their tone.

  • Pure analog chorus

Even the score

By Randy Marcum

Comments about Rocktron Reaction Chorus Guitar Effects Pedal:

This pedal sounds exactly like what you'd expect to get for a chorus pedal. I have no trouble getting the sound I want out of it, true bypass does not suck the tone, nor does the switch pop like some true bypass pedals do.

You can't go wrong with this pedal ... Rocktron never seems to let me down.
Basic controls work extremely well.
Built like a tank!
Excellent value ... a true bypass pedal with a great vintage sound.

Even the score ...

Comments about Rocktron Reaction Chorus Guitar Effects Pedal:

I read the lone review below on this pedal and have to strongly disagree with the reviewer. Sure... it isn't chock full of features, and probably isn't state-of-the art construction, but I had no signal degradation from using this pedal whatsoever. No change in volume, and it does the job it was intended to do well. If fact, I'm inclined to try a few other pedals in the Reaction line. ***** :-)

Very Disappointing

By Alex-m723D

Comments about Rocktron Reaction Chorus Guitar Effects Pedal:

This pedal is all analog, has a true bypass and comes in a Boss-style metal housing, so I took a chance and bought one online without using one first. I wish I hadn't...When I first turned this pedal on (on my clean channel), I noticed it cut out some of my high end and caused a slight drop in my volume. It wasn't until I switched to my distortion channel that I realized how much this pedal killed my tone! It caused a much bigger volume drop and a more noticeable treble cut. When the pedal is in bypass mode, my tone is fine. When I turn it on, my tone gets very muffled. The chorus effect is very rich and organic, but it totally changed my tone and lowered my volume. Normally I use chorus for solos, so a volume drop is not acceptable. Also, the on/off status LEDs are not secured to the pedal in any way. The 9v battery sits behind them, so they don't move. If you take the battery out and use an adapter, you can easily push the LEDs and they disappear into the pedal.I already returned it. It was my first Rocktron pedal, and I think it will be my last.
