This is one of my favorite pieces of gear. The analog chorus is phenomenal-From mild washes that slow down a guitar's attack to full on seasick detuning, this pedal's got it all plus...wait for it...it also does analog doubling. Amen brutha!!!Analog doubling, stereo, through two amps will fatten up almost any flat sounding system. Because analog doesn't have perfect 20-20k hz response, it smoothly rolls off extreme highs and lows for incrediblbly smooth tone and response. I would have gladly paid the price for the chorus alone, but the 2 for 1 of chorus and doubling is a steal. Also, Rocktron is highly rated for dependability. Can't beat that

The title says it all. I tried every possible setting known to man and I just couldnt get rid of the "slapback" delay. I suppose the chorus did sound ok...but the delay ruined it. Seems like no matter how I hooked it up, set it, dialed in every possible setting there was to set I just couldnt get rid of the delay. Spent about 2-3 hours over about 3 days. Most chorus pedals take me less than 5 minuits, if that, to get the sound I like. Maybe mine was just bad from the factory or whatever....Bottom line....I just didnt like it.

Comes to life in stereo

The "secret" to this one is running it in stereo. I thought it was nothing special, just an average chorus with a weird "ambience" effect. UNTIL I hooked it up to two amps. WOW. It's more than just a stereo chorus or a stereo delay. It's got some other stuff going on. I think the delay part fattens up the stereo effect. Not sure exactly how it works, but if you mess around with it in stereo for 30 minutes you'll soon be thinking that hauling two amps to a gig isn't such a bad idea.

Good Lord !

By tunersamich

This is the best gear I've ever bought. I love the two outputs. I have one amp setup clean and another with alot of gain and it sounds great! It's everything others have said.

Great Effects

Play live in a 50's and 60's duet. Love the sound of a great chorus box and this is it!! Can't beat the price. Heavy case seems indestructable. Took a while to find the appropriate sound, but that is what practice is for. Highly rec ommended!!!!!

BEST CHORUS/DELAY I HAVE EVER USED

By 3rdstage

from Tennessee

I have used a lot of effects through the years of my playing, but I have never used a Chorus/Delay pedal as good as this one. I play a lot of Boston songs and it a long with my Rockman Acoustic pedal gives me the dead on sound that I have been searching for all of my playing time. These two effects with my Marshall DSL 100 Stack can't be beat. I will use this from now on and everyone else should do the same. Please believe me. It can't be beat.

Nice Chorus

By Anonymous

from Undisclosed

Nice chorus pedal. Sound of the chorus can be very smooth to very, very deep width - wacky. Turn the dials all the way to the right and you have the classic LSD sound. Good value. The delay is not really a delay but more of a billionth of a millisecond slapback. It basically fattens up the tone. I had one loose input jack on mine cutting out, otherwise it seems pretty solid.

Best chorus pedal I've tried

This gets a nicer, more musical, closer to studio quality chorus than I've ever heard in a pedal. Stuff like the Boss and other brand name chorus pedals just arent in the same league. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality here. Very nice. I havent used the delay too much yet. It doesnt seem as immediately usefull, but maybe with some tweaking. Worth it just for the outstanding chorus.

Too big!

This is a great sounding Chorus. Very warm and transparent. But I have two major problems with it. First, it's huge. It's the footprint of about 3 Boss size pedals. Second, whenever I use a power supply, I get a high pitched hiss. It's fine with a battery. These two issues keep it off my board. Unfortunately it sounds so good that I can't bring myself to sell it.
