Tonal muscle on command!
It's both a treble boost and a full-range boost. The treble boost pumps treble and upper mid frequencies like a vintage Treble Boost pedal. In full-range mode it enhances all frequencies and is a great way to kick a slightly overdriven amp into heavy drive. A gain knob varies the overall gain from mellow to full rip and a tone knob lets you tweak the EQ. Features a true bypass for unaltered tone when not activated.

The brit boost has a lot of cool feutures, like true bypass, glowing tube, and soft click type bypass footswitches. But this is not a clean boost. On the clean channel of the amp the pedal adds a bit of distortion even at the lowest gain setting. The treble boost is best on the clean channel to add a bit of top end, but still adds a bit of distortion. The full boost as mentioned does not add any bottom end, it just make it sounds more mushy. I like the idea of the pedal, but if your looking for a boost for a tube amp you already like get a MXR custom Audio boost or BBE type boost youll be much more satisfied, thanks.
This is a great pedal, one that can do wonders to warm up an otherwise bright solid state amp or add a little more fuzz to a tube amp, provided you're not cranking the volume on it. I play a Guild S-100 Polara (SG) through a Fender 59 Bassman Reissue. I usually crank the bassman into headache-inducing overdrive, which is really what you're supposed to do with that amp. I've been searching for a fuzz box that will push the amp just slightly beyond the normal gutsy overdrive I get from the "Bright" channel. I want minimal tone coloration and I thought this was going to be it. However, after plugging it into a Bassman down at my local shop, I realized that this isn't the pedal to use with an an overly-hot tube amp. It is by no means a boost; the low end gets soggy in full mode and the treble boost (which is really more like a bass cut) is somewhat brittle. However like I previously mentioned, this great pedal could work for you if you're looking for a trebly sound with a little thicker Full solo fuzz.
Seriously, this pedal is outstanding. If you spend the time to play around with this pedal, your amp, and your guitar, you can get a HUGE, crushing, distorted sound without sacrificing individual tones when chords are played- truly amazing. Also a major plus is that when you engage the pedal, you don't lose volume (as is a problem with many pedals that provide overdrive or distortion). Try this thing. It's awesome.
