Unmistakably vintage Vox.
The switchable Bassilator circuit generates ultralow-frequency harmonics to create a fat, rich low-end punch that cannot be duplicated with even the most sophisticated EQ. The Vox T-60 is armed with no fewer than 4 active tone controls. As a result an incredibly wide range of tones can be created. To make sure that the T-60's top end is every bit as punchy as the impressive lows and mids that the custom-voiced 12" speaker kicks out, it's also loaded it with a high-frequency tweeter horn.

Not a bad amp. Good tonal quality. It's a pity VOX doesn't make these tubed like the AC-30.
Great amp for smaller gigs or Beatlefests! Very portable with a good tone.
This bass amp is extraordinary. It's enough torattle the windows with very little distortion in the upper volumes, but beyond perfect for small gigs and jam sessions. I play with a full band and I can take the forefront with this baby. I play an Epiphone Jack Casady Signature bass, and with this amp I can dial in the richest, fattest bass tones. The Bassilator feature adds intense low-end to the overall sound, but doesn't muddy the sound. For this price this is one classy amp, and signature Vox.
Recently I had to play a concert, but the organizers didn't had a bass amp so i got a VOX T-25 and I can say loud that it was terrible. It had no line-out so I had to use a microfone to put it through the main line and the bass sound was so too much, even the amps bass level was max power and my active ESP bass bass level was tuned to half it sounded terrible and overdriven. To tune it to sound warm and deep you have to be a genius.
Great for recording, practices and small to medium clubs with blues or jazz - not too heavy rock also. Very versatile soundwise. Using with a Steinberger 5-string with active electronics.
I'm absolutely amazed at the sound this supposed 60 watt amp can deliver. Beautiful round, warm, sweet tones. bassilator has the most believable effect as far as adding a sub tone to the sound. If you like the vintage bass tone you'll love this amp. my acoustic bass sounds very good through this amp.
Great sounding amp, a little pricey and features are slightly deficient, but overall a wonderful bass amp with classic design and amazing tone.
