This is an amazing amp for the price. There is almost no feedback its a decent size not to big but not to small alsong with that the weight is pretty good as well.this thing is loud i ahd it around 8 and you could hear it fine with drums adn guitar the only problem with this amp is the handel feals seems a little flimsy but thats an easy fix.
The only thing I can complain about this amp is that when me and my drummer play at my apartment instead of renting a studio room I get noise complaints every time. I thought the jacks for active and passive pick ups wouldn't make a difference but it really helped especially if your trying to pull off a mellower tone to your session. Unless your playing in some very large or really loud venues this is the last amp you will need.
I just purchased this amp and am absolutely amazed at the sound and quality. The only reason I gave a 4.5 for features is because it does not have an XLR jack. I have owned numerous types/brands of amps over the years and this one is outstanding. What really impresses me is the tonal quality and fullness at low to mid volume, along with the lack of "hiss".Highly recommend for Practice, small venues and recording.
I've had this amp for about a month. I purchased it to replace a Peavey Minx that I was using for rehearsals. The Peavey Minx didn't have enough umph to punch through and I needed something a bit louder but not much heavier. The Blue Cab 60 exceeded my expectations on all counts. The tone is awesome (my opinion of course, your mileage may vary), warm and even across all strings and frets. This is one of the few amps I've played that you can really crank up to 10 and it just plays louder, no mud. I've never had an amp with a kick-stand for tilting it back and I've sure learned to appreciate that feature. It's a nice way to get more presence without turning up the volume. Although I purchased this amp for rehearsals, I have been using it live for smaller venues and it works perfectly. It's dead simple, it sounds great, it's light to carry and is completely noise free. This has to be one of the best bass amps in the small combo category.
