Hungry for more guitar tone? Get a Lunchbox Cab.

The Lunchbox Cab is built on the platform of ZT's highly acclaimed Lunchbox amplifier. It's a Lunchbox without the amp—a passive extension speaker, with the same solid-as-a-brick cabinet housing the same custom-design 6.5" driver used in the ZT Lunchbox amp.

Weighing less than 7 pounds, the Cab can blast out over 120dB, and sounds great doing it. The Cab also features a phase switch to provide accuracy in any situation.

Connect the passive speaker cabinet to the Lunchbox amp's external speaker output and build a Lunchbox stack (it's adorable—like ferocious puppies or kittens). Or spread them apart a few feet to create spatial imaging. Or go further and put the ZT Cabs on opposite sides of the stage and give your sound a dimension that will make the crowd's heads swim.

*Note: Early production Lunchbox amps (serial numbers LB02 0000 1000 through LB02 0000 2999) are not optimized for use with the Lunchbox Cab. Please verify that your Lunchbox is compatible before you add a cab, particularly if you expect to play at very high levels.

Comments about ZT Lunchbox Cab 1X6.5 Passive Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I got this to use as an 8 ohm spare extension cabinet to add to my primary amp or as back-up in case of speaker failure. It's easy to throw in the car, doesn't take up much space, and provides some insurance on a small club gig.

    Tiny, Toneful, suprisingly bassy

Comments about ZT Lunchbox Cab 1X6.5 Passive Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I bought this to use with my ZT lunchbox after watching Dan the Mullet's reviews on youtube. It really works great and fattens up the sound of the ZT lunchbox. I've also used it with a mesa boogie head and that sounded fantasitic. If you're recording and need isolation building an iso box for this would be simple and cheaper than an iso box for a larger cab. Definaltey worth having one of these around.
Well, it's a speaker. It has a speaker, an input and a phase selector swithch which is key.
    It's a tank.
Can't beat it for the price!

    Either-or with Club-12

Comments about ZT Lunchbox Cab 1X6.5 Passive Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

Added to the previous Acoustic incompatibility issue: It's also "either-or" with the Club12---you can't run this simultaneously with the Club12's internal speaker---you'll experience clipping-type "tremolo" dropouts. This was confirmed by ZT. You can run it simultaneously with new Lunchbox amps but check with ZT---the LB has to be after a certain serial number to work simultaneously with this speaker. BTW, ZT actually replaced my original LB amp with a newer ZT to be compatible with this speaker. What can you say---great company. I now own this speaker, A LunchBox, a Club12, and the LunchBox Acoustic. The amp bags are also a bargain.

    Incompatible issue

    By Agape

    from North Carolina

    Ask me a question

Comments about ZT Lunchbox Cab 1X6.5 Passive Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

The product itself is very solid and handles all the power the ZT acoustic amplifier can "throw" at it. The issue is that it is not compatieble with the ZT acoustic amplifier per discussion with manufacturer. The ZT acoustic has a toggle switch that either uses its own built in speaker or an attached cabinet speaker of some sort. It is either/or not both. Therefore one cannot use the ZT acoustic and use both the ZT Cab speaker at the same time together.
