        This is my 4th bass. I've played on and off for the past 10 years. The first one of these I bought in store was great. I got it home and had to tune everything on it. I played 1 day on it and noticed scratches all over my left hand. The frets were sharp and sticking out a bit. Also had fret buzz. Took it back to the store and had to wait 3 weeks but the repairman was out sick and the guitar just sat there. I traded it for another white one in stock. Got this one home and all I had to do was a basic string tune. Same model but this one had better craftsmanship all around. Night and day. I love this bass. I've had a squire, and a couple other ibanez but this one is really great.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          Picked up this bass in the starlight blue. pretty cool, its sort of sparkly but not like glitter. Sounds good, I'm going to at least swap out the bridge pickup for an emg (personal preference). but its a solid active bass that has a cool pickup blend knob, so you can get very unique sounds. Overall its a solid bass and something that fit what i was looking for. Its not a fender or a rick, but its a good bass.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
