iv'e played with this rockbass for a couple of years now and it has its pros and cons.pros-- after taking it in to get set up and reduce the bow in the neck, it plays fantastic. just remember to oil the fretboard regularly and keep it extra clean. the active pickups offer a decent range of tones and can be fun to play around with.cons-- the input jack is terribly placed on the side of the body and is of poor design. i've had it replaced several times. overall-- great bass if you take care of it.
I've owned a Rickenbacker, P-Bass, a MusicMan and a few sorted other basses, but my Warwick beats them all! The sculpting on the back is extremely comfortable; along with the relatively light weight, I can play it for hours. The neck is fast and it came setup with very low action. Love the angled tuners, too! This bass is a great value...
Great sounding bass and an enjoyment to play, lacking a little on quality and electronics wiring. Should be priced a little lower. Good purchase though.
I was trying out some high-end Ibanez and I wasn't really digging them. The sales guy handed me the Warwick and I haven't put it down in a year!!
