This classic bass seeks not to break new ground but rather to make the groundbeneath your feet more stable, fertile and rewarding. The classic "P-J" configuration is modified to the bridge pickup being a humbucker, providing a more agressive growl in the bridge position. Two volume controls (one for each pickup) along with a tone control provides a broad variety of bass tones. The double cutaway, open-gear tuners and rosewood fretboard are all tried-and-true attributes, and the Diamond P presents a beautiful rendition of each.
