Comments about Spector Performer Electric Bass Guitar:

I have used this Bass for a few years and found it to be dependable and better suited for Rock n Roll then my Fretless Bass. I used to play a Rickenbacker so comparing the two is not fair. That being said I have used this Bass at several fairly large outdoor venues and it is very dependable. I also sing lead vocals for the band so this bass makes it easy for me to do both play and sing.

Comments about Spector Performer Electric Bass Guitar:

I love this bass entry level or not. The tone and growl is fantastic. it's a very versatile bass with a number of uses. I have no complaints. I also have a pbass, schecter diamond, peavey grind and a junk rogue. This is my favorite of all of them.

        Bass Bass Bass

Comments about Spector Performer Electric Bass Guitar:

Right out of the box, the action was so low it was unplayable. Adjusted
the truss and changed the strings and it played okay. Still buzzy and with some
dead spots on the neck. Decent tone across the spectrum. You can get funky, fuzzy or
sharp with ease. It's a good starter.
        Plain Jane
It's entry level, but it works.
        Ranks with its competitors
