The wall is one of pink floyd's greatest albums ever. This can easily be seen by the amazing performances done with it live. The more you listen to it, the more you understand the story of the fictional character "pink floyd" who goes insane and builds a "wall" around himself, isolating himself from socitey. By the end of the first half, the wall is built. then on the second side, pink slowly goes through life, until he self-persecutes himself in "the trial." his punishment in the end is that he must reveal his deepest fears and tear down the fictional wall. the wall comes down, and the album ends. I have been listening to the wall for a while now, and when I got the cd, I listened to it non-stop. I listen to it in the morning, at school, at home, basically everywhere. I have been doing this for a week now and it is still just as awesome as the first time I heard it.
