Dont get me wrong this is a excellent follow up to the Fast Track Bass1 book. The songs are fun and its nice to play in a musical setting. All the songs revolve around what you learned in the first book and kind of bring everything together. My only complaint is the Quality of the tracks there not terrible but are a little chessy. Having said that if you did go through the Fast Track Bass1 book I'd still recommend this book. If your looking for better Quality backing tracks maybe look at some of the Hal Lenard "Play Along " books with cd and tab.
