Great for Teachers

I've used this book in teaching guitar, and it really helps my students develop their dexterity! Great exercises that get the students out of the normal patterns and equips them to play any type of music they want.

Repetitive and impractical

The exercises in this book are simply variations on the basic 1-2-3-4 chromatic warm-up many players use. The variations are made by changing the order of the notes and skipping strings within the patterns. Some are good, but many seem so far removed from anything you might really play it's ridiculous. Sounds good in theory, but too impractical and unrealistic.

I like this book, it has music and tab the exerises haved helped me with fingering, speed and i have gotten more accurate. when doing the exercises my left hand has gotten tired, this has lead to me being quicker and more flexibility.
