Comments about Guitar for Kids Method & Songbook - Hal Leonard Guitar Method (Book/CD):

Wanting to introduce my son to music, I bought him a guitar rig and after noticing that he caought on pretty well right off, and is really interested, I got him this book.
I like that it has pictures showing proper form, hand positions, etc. He's already learned a couple of chords and can recognize them just by finger positioning when he watches me play.
I'm a bass player primarily, so I don't think I'd be able to teach him enough to make him a really good guitar player, but I think this book will help until I can line him up with some real lessons from a real teacher.
