In the DVD, John teaches all the basics in this friendly, jam-along lesson: how to hold the instrument and find the blues notes, then add vibrato, note-bending, wah-wahs, tonguing, rhythm playing, train effects and a variety of great licks and solos that can be used either solo or in a band. A great value at $44.95!

Comments about Hal Leonard John Sebastian Bundle Pack (Book/CD/DVD):

This is truly a great way to learn harmonica. Im no beginer and it still helped my style a lot. I'm surprised that the description doesn't talk about about who John Sebastian is. For those who don't know him he was the fronthand man of the band Lovin Spoonful. He also had his own solo career that was more folk based which preformed as at woodstock. Also he was the guy who played harmonica in the studio with the Doors. He knows what he's talking about. Great purchase
