excellent, but...

Comments about Hal Leonard Miles Davis for Solo Guitar Book/CD:

...not really for beginners. With Nefertiti, as with most of the arrangements, you can cut corners on what would be easier to play for you when you're not playing to the CD. It took me three months back in '09 to master just over 10 of the songs and 'Four' is easier to jam out on keyboard, which is why I'm buying this Songbook again after having lost it. Only SOME of the Transcriber's fingerings, for economy and speed of regular performance are too hard to pull off like he does. Who does he think he is, Holdsworth? But it's an excellent purchase. 99% :)
