Comments about Hal Leonard The Real Dixieland Book:

This is a fun collection of many old favorite Dixieland tunes. I love just flipping through it, finding tunes that I hadn't thought of for years. It's written in an easy lead sheet format and the indicated chords seem just right.

      The Real Dixieland Book

      By Kevin Bonfiglio

      from Southeast Louisiana

Comments about Hal Leonard The Real Dixieland Book:

This is a great book with just about every Dixieland song you could possibly want to learn.
Just a quick warning though - it's written entirely for C treble instruments (guitar, piano, vocals).
It's not hard to transpose the music for B flat or E flat instruments, but with a book this size, it is a lot of work. Still, the most thorough collection I've ever seen.
