Similar to the previous reviewer I was hoping for a nice case. The vinyl has delaminated from the shell on 50% of the top of the case. Also, the window in these cases are poorly constructed; both cases I got had loose windows and they will completly fail if they are bumped with a heavy object. If there happened to be a spill on the lid of this case liquid would just pour into the interior from around the window viewer. I like the viewer idea because if you have a lot of guitars it's a quick way to see which guitar is in there. If the window was sealed in a plasic moulding and then applied to the shell, there would be no issue.

I had high hopes for this case. I bought a Classical case to see how I liked it, I think the window is a nice idea.
But, the vinyl on the lid is not attached and there are voids everywhere. The vinyl over the raised logo on the lid is loose and will obviously cause problems.
There is also a latch sticking, the loop is not detaching and getting stuck.
I need to call for RMA, its going back.
