Comments about Rock House Fretboard Autopsy - Scales, Modes & Melodic Patterns, Level 2 Featuring Rusty Cooley (DVD):
Rusty has an excellent way of explaining all of the material so that everyone can understand, regardless of the skill level. This one gave me just what I needed to escape the ever-dreadful "box" style of playing and actually move in a linear fashion. Also, the reverse linear patterns were awesome to study, i had never seen it like that. The only part I didn't like was how when Rusty showed a new scale, he would play it slow, then his version of "a little faster" was at least three times faster, making it really hard to comprehend at full speed like that. Nonetheless, an excellent DVD for the price. If you've seen Fretboard Autopsy 1 and you want to expand on it, go for this easily. Great DVD by a great player.
