For the people who don't know what size tapers to get for their Ahead sticks, when you first get them and before you play them and replace the covers look on the tapers they come with. It should say either ST (short taper) MT (medium taper) or LT (long taper). That way when you go to buy more tapers for the drum sticks then you'll know what size tapers to buy. So basically, before you destroy your covers to a pulp, look at the covers the sticks come with and look for those initials.

I bought Ahead drumsticks about a year ago and was IN LOVE! They are nice and comfortable to play. The tapers on the other hand... I bought these to save money only to find that the tapers are thin and break even faster! I emailed the company to see if it was a defect or if there was a better product and the only response was... "It's your fault. Not ours. You are hitting the cymbals wrong. Here is a link to show you how to hit them." Yes Ahead, thank you. I know how to play. I've been playing for years. But besides that... good product... if you plan to buy a gumball with the money you saved.

I bought the Joey Jordison AHead sticks a while back, and by far are the best I've ever used. The taper tends to shred after a while, so buying extra tapers is a really good idea. And depending on the music style you play, you might want to by another pair just in case you break them.

I bought these from a local music store. I have to say, these drum sticks are some of the best I've ever played. They're perfectly balanced and light. These sticks are good for various styles of music, especially rock. The only downfall of this, is mine broke within 3 1/2 months. I am a hard hitter, but I honestly don't think I was hitting hard enough to break them within 3 months. Overall, good buy. I would suggest Pro-marks if you don't want to spend $ on a pair of drum sticks.

Theses are great sticks, however mine have been cracking sometimes right after I replace them. Make sure they arent cracked or you can dent your cymbals. its always good to have a spare set of sleeves and tips hangin around.

This sticks are awsome. I have used wood my whole carreir and these sticks are a great relief. The only problem that i can find is how the white at the end of the stick has marked my cymbols and heads, but for the sound and price i'll clean my cymbols weekly to keep these sticks. my hands feel great and my set has never sounded better.

I'm a drummer that plays mostly Death, Black Metal and Hardcore and Out of my 9 years of playing Ahead Drumsticks ( Joey Jordison (1) signatures) are the best sticks I've ever had. They don't break easy, their comfortable and light weight and perfectly balanced. They dont effect my drumheads or cymbals at al llike woodsticks do. These sticks are a MUST for all drummers. Period.

These sticks just go & go & go!!!!! they totally live up to the ad claims in all aspects. my hands are faster, less fatigued & more "on it" since i started using them. I noticed a difference from the very 1st time i played them out of the package. best $30 bucks i ever spent! thanks alot. the REAL metal is alive & Ahead sticks makes it easier on us drummers. I'll never go back to wood!

You need to put what sizes the covers will fit - like a medium cover will fit a 5B stick or whatever it will fit. This will make it easier for your customer, like me, to find out what cover they need to buy for their sticks.
