So far, I've had these for two months, and they've held up terrifically. I haven't had to replace the covers or anything to keep them maintained well. The only complaint I have is that there is a plastic spacer in between the nylon cover and the handle that cuts my thumb while I play sometimes, but that just has to do with my grip. Definitely happy I got these.

These sticks have done wonders for me. I wanted them initially because i was breaking too many sticks. At first i had an issue with the sleeves not lasting long enough but it became clear to me the the problem was in my technique not these sticks. I tightened up my technique and now they are flawless. They provide excellent attack and transfer minimal vibrations. If i could give it a 6 out of 5 i would.

God's Drumsticks

I have gone through almost every pair of drumsticks imaginable, and by far, the Ahead Matt McDonough sticks have the best balance, rebound and are some of the loudest sticks due to the slightly smaller scale of the sticks, which allows for strength to be channeled more directly than standard sticks. also the sound on the toms and snare are just perfect for harder types of music, obviously not for softer music(if this is what you play why are you even here?). These also last a rediculous amount of time. I've had these for several months now and I haven't even had to change the tips or sleeves even once. All in all, these are the best drumsticks you'll find out there!
