Perfect your rhythm with the Tru-Bounce.

This Tru-Bounce Practice Pad provides an active playing surface of specially selected neoprene for a true and accurate response. Comfortable to play on without the overly-springy feel of traditional gum rubber. Even at the softest volumes, each stick note is articulated and can be heard. The result is a more accurate rebound that helps to develop control, strength, and speed. It makes you work a little harder (but not too hard) when practicing. Enclosed with the Tru-Bounce pad is a free pair of Power-Sleeve 5A drumsticks. Also included is a teacher-approved rudiment sheet and two fact sheets by Roy Burns, which cover some warm-up exercises and tuning tips.

Features

  • 12"-diameter
  • Neoprene playing surface
  • Rudiment sheet
  • 2 fact sheets with warm-up exercises and tuning tips

own several different pads, never enjoyed practicing on any of them. I received this in the mail the other day and can not stop playing on it. The sound is great, the feel is even better. Best yet, it is round like a snare drum, go figure, brilliant idea. The bounce is realistic but what is best about it is it sounds clean. Every stroke, so you can adjust the pressure in your wrist to clean up rolls and work better on your technique. I can not get enough of this pad and enjoy practicing with it. I would have liked to have it mount on a stand, but I found it is louder if not on a hard surface. Buy this pad, you will not regret it.(Playing for 33 years).

Just got this and I have to say it's just awesome. Not squishy or overly bouncy, quite, and fits right on a snare. The one tiny problem I had was that there was a small eraser sized hole of rubber chipped near the bottom, but it's so small and completely out of the way. Guess it got dropped in the warehouse =/. All in all, best pad I've ever played/used period, get it!

It's strongest points is how well you can work on accuracy and it stays put on any surface if you're a hard hitter. Mine came with free x10 5A Lites which are cool sticks on my set for hard rock and they have a nice feel, but I recommend something like Vic Firth American Classic 5A for practice. Light weight sticks build my wrist strength and control better.

This practice pad is true to it's name. It has amazing bounce and a feel that is JUST like a real snare drum. The pad on the bottom make it easy to practice on a desk or a table, as it won't slip or move around. The best part is, it's virtually silent, so you can practice as much as you'd like and won't disturb anyone! The rudiment and fact sheets are also very helpful. I recommend this practice pad over any other.
