Features 7-ply shells, double 45-degree bearing edges, Crush mini Bridge lugs, 4-point suspension mounts, and tom brackets with memory locks. 24" x 18" kick, 12" x 8" tom, 16" x 14" floor tom, and 14" x 7" snare.

Replace the included heads. Duh. I would put these up against Mapex Saturn drums. They might lose, but they would put up a good fight. The hardware feels better than Ddrum, the snare throwoff is especially high quality. Included strainer is not the best, not the worst. I like fewer wires but that is personal preference. Overall I would recommend these as a gigging kit since they are pretty. I would feel comfortable recording with them as well. I wish they had included a branded key instead of the generic one that came with the set. I want to endorse this company on my keychain but the drum key has no logo!
Locking floor tom legs are nice. The kick spur design is a little weird but looks nice.
Maple shells are clean and well done. Bearing edges are clean and the finish is very well done. The 4-point rack mount has a clean, futuristic design. Stick saver rim on the snare, military throwoff design is neat and functions smoothly. I am a fan of the minimalist lug design, but it may not be for everyone. Sound is typical for an all maple kit. With the stock single ply crimped coated heads tuning possibilities are a bit limited to the higher end. Changing to an open-channel head makes these as versatile as any other maple shells. Snare overtones are very manageable, kick is not overbearing but indicative of a 24 incher, meaning BIG!
Included heads are cheap-o made in china Remo UT crimplocks. A bit of a disappointment there, especially as this is the higher end of Crush's kits. That being said, the sparkle finish is really really well done. While certainly not as customizable or unique, I think these look as good as custom drums such as SJC or Truth. I am not suggesting they are as good as a custom kit, they just look really good in person. I have received a lot of complements on them in the two shows I have used them for so far.
