Solid, But Faulty!

Comments about DW Heavy-Duty Air Lift Drum Throne Backrest:

Hey, my name is Alex H. and here is my tale:
The backrest is solid, I only wish it would go about 3 inches higher. However my main complaint is that the backrest is slightly angled to the right when viewed from rear. (it's crooked!). I may be merely "nit-picking" but I can feel that it is lop-sided when rest my back on it. It is a good 10 degrees from horizontal. I tried to bend it into shape, but I didnt want to break anything. I may just have to give DW a call.
