A Head Above the Rest!

These G2 heads are the perfect heads for about ANY style of music. The tuning ranges are ridiculous.
These are a 10000x better version of Remo Emperors. They even stay in tune longer. Probably a few months over the expectancy of any Remo head.

Great Balance of Tone, Attack, and Durablity!

Great Value expecially for the considering the custom type sizing. Very happy

 

I am very picky about head selection and i don't know of a better drum head for Hard rock drummers who expect a good balanced drumhead with little compromise.

 

However, not recomended for those who don't tune their drums properly. Sounds like ASX Those types are better off with something less tonal.  Try Evans Hydrolic oil heads or similier..

Quality:

Durable enough for heavy hitters who are willing to change them out..but not so much if you like to keep em on forever.

Value:

Great Value EXPECIALLY given the special size options

I bought entry level Pearl Forum kit and replaced the stock heads with these Evans G2's. These heads really brought out a great sound from the Kit. Granted, the Forum series is made with pine, so I could only imagine what these heads would sound like on a higher end kit made of poplar or birch. Over all I am extremely happy with the heads and the tones I get from my toms now are just awesome. Great product!!
