        Recently, my toms were sounding dead, and impossible to tune. I replaced the original resonant heads with these and it made all the difference. I couldn't be happier with the overall sound. I play Hydraulic batter heads and now these Genera clear reso heads and they sound nice and punchy with a perfect tone and just the right amount of sustain. It's like falling in love with your old drumset all over again.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        I accidentally purchased this for my 16x16" floor tom, and the second I slapped it on I was in awe, such a drastic increase in tone, it felt like it added an extra punch to my floor tom.
        Amazing quality, 6 months and still no sign of any problems.
        One of my favorite resonant head purchases in a long time.

        So kind of ordered these without even thinking really, but wow these things are amazing. My rack toms need no muffling at all, but of course a floor tom always needs muffling. For the price the heads are amazing, buy them!
