Good solid bag. Wish there was more padding on the inside, but for a cheaper bag, well worth the money. The current padding on the bag would survive a small drop, but I am currently just using it for storage, so it works fine for me.

I got this bag for my backup snare. it is ok for the money, but lacks the soft padding inside so that the finish on your drum does not get scratched.
I would not put an expensive drum in this bag on a regular basis, as it might mar the finish.
My other snare bag is a roadrunner and it has a faux fur type of soft liner so the finish of the drum will not get scratched.

I purchased this for our drummer who was carrying his snare around in a towel and nearly dropped it a few times. He loves the case and it seems like it's high quality. We'll see over time, but so far it looks great and certainly a value for the money.

The Protechtor snare bag was a good investment. My friend owns one, which inspired me to buy it.
Initially, I was looking for at least one bag that could fit a 14x5.5 AND a 14x6.5 snugly without a lot of extra room inside the bag. Not only did this bag fulfill my hope, but went way beyond the call of duty by also fitting my 13x7 snare! My only issue with it, that I fixed with ductape,is that its handle seemed unnecessarily long. But that is a MINOR setback for me, personally.

This thing is super roomy and super tough. I was afraid it wouldn't fit my 13x7 snare but it fit perfectly! Everything on this bag just feels solid, durable and overall, dependable. The padding on the inside and outside of the bag is unbeatable. Sure, it's not a hard case, so you'll have to be a little more careful when you travel; but it does it's job right. Overall, excellent bag. I highly recommend it!
