Great stand, great features,strong as can be, but heavy. It might not seem too bad on it's own, but put three of these in a bag with your other hardware & you'll feel it.

Gibraltar 9609 boom stand

Comments about Gibraltar Boom Cymbal Stand with Brake Tilter:

Gibraltar's 9609 cymbal boom stands are heavy duty. Many adjustment features, memory locks all over the place, and 1 1/4" base tubes. Comparable to DW's 9000 series which is saying alot, {I should know, I have them too}, but not as expensive. Blows everything else away. I have two of these stands and wouldn't hesitate buying more.
