i first bought the tribal 5a sticks because i was a new drummer and i thought they looked cool but now some two years later i am continueing to buy them again becuase they are super light and dont break easly i have yet to break a pair they also have a coating that give it a better grip so even though they dont look profesional they work great

seriously they are. I use the Dragon and Super Bad 5A and they rock. I haven't broken one yet and I hit somewhat hard. In fact I still use the first pair I bought like a month ago. The only bad thing is the coating they put on. It's pretty slippery when you first get them but it wears off pretty fast...These sticks are great and as long as they keep making them, I'll keep getting them.

Im a student learning percussion and these sticks a pretty good. The graphics are good! They fade over time but iv had mine for 3,4 months and it has just started fading in the last month or two. My first 5A sticks, and they rule. Pretty good sticks, 4.5

These sticks are nice to work with, and have lasted well into the 450+ hour range of use. I recommend these sticks if your into bangin' around on your drums for fun, but if you're a more serious and active player, you may want to look elsewhere...
