You could hide a body in this bag.

**NOTE: Do not hide a body in this bag.

I bought one of these bags after borrowing the same one from another drummer for quite some time. This bag has a great combination of features and it fits perfectly in the trunk of my Honda Accord.

The wheels are partially recessed into the chassis of the bag so there's no concern of them breaking off. They roll well, as wheels are supposed to.

The bottom of the main compartment is rigid. Another reviewer suggested that it wasn't rigid enough for their liking, but even when I have this bag fully loaded down with all my gear (it's a lot), I don't notice it flexing.

The stair guide on the bottom of the bag is a feature you won't think is useful until the first time you have to drag it up a ton of flights of stairs, at which point you will be thankful it is there.

The construction of the bag is excellent. All the handles and zippers are high quality and firmly sewn onto the heavy canvas fabric, and the seams are reinforced for extra support.

The main compartment is huge - it easily fits 5 boom stands, a snare stand, a double tom stand, a throne base, and a hi hat stand. I would not recommend putting a double kick pedal or a throne top in there.

The straps on the bottom for securing your gear are a little short, and so you probably won't use them. There are also compartments all around the bag, you probably won't use those either.

Overall, it's an excellent bag and an excellent value.

The side bag stitching came loose on the first week I bought it. Somewhere in the night, two pair of virgin drumsticks escaped through the hole it left behind. Other stitching soon followed. The zipper tab came of in my hand the first month. One of the wheels came loose the next year and is rattling around inside the wheel well. I'm a part-time working drummer and my equipment has to support itself, so, needless to say, the hard earned drum money spent on this gear, well, you get the picture. But the handles are still intact, the shoulder strap still works, and the zipper still zips. I just have to carry it.

      Definately Not Worth It

      By Ehrin

      from Alaska

Comments about Kaces Drum Hardware Bag with Wheels:

I purchased three of these bags about a month ago. Of the three, two are coming apart at the seams. I gig heavily and these bags have been through the ringer but they shouldn't be coming apart after only a month. I usually only transport two med weight cymbal stands, a med weight hi-hat stand, a heavy weight snare stand, and a throne in these bags. What a waste of money.

Saves many trips back and forth!!!

      By The Ronman

      from Orlando

Comments about Kaces Drum Hardware Bag with Wheels:

I have had the 47" bag for over a year now. This is quite possibly the best money I could have ever spent! What a time saver. It holds every bit of my drum hardware, including the throne. The only problem is, it's too heavy to lift by yourself when it's fully loaded. I've had no problems with any blow outs or stitching failures. I'm constantly loading and unloading this bag, in and out of my car, every weekend. If you're still carrying your cymbal stands one or two at a time, BUY THIS BAG TODAY! You will be glad you did!

      Great for light use

Comments about Kaces Drum Hardware Bag with Wheels:

I've had two of these bags...there great for light use and moderate gigging. Once I started playing more shows the bottoms gave out resulting in my stands falling out once in a while. If you want to use it for local gigs, it's a GREAT buy. It's sturdy, and a has a lot of room, but for heavy gigging I suggest hard cases.

      I love wheels

      By Anonymous

Comments about Kaces Drum Hardware Bag with Wheels:

i got the 47" Kases hardware bag with wheels from about 8 months ago, and it has been a huge help. Very handy for getting my gear to and from gigs and practice. I do not reccommend dragging up stairs fully loaded, because the stitching on the handles can only take so much. But so far it is holding up great, and I am not babying it by any means. Other guys in the band are more inclined to help when your stuff has handles and wheels.

Seams tear out, but nice features

      By Anonymous

      from Undisclosed

Comments about Kaces Drum Hardware Bag with Wheels:

This bag had a lot of room, nice features, and rolls well. The strips along the bottom are great. The big problem is that after about 6 months of use, the stitching opened up. I ended up having my stands sliding out of the ripped seams. It would be a good case for light use, but no where near strong enough for regular gigging. I'm getting a hard case next.

      Not for the touring musician

      By Spencer-GlmrF

      from So cal

Comments about Kaces Drum Hardware Bag with Wheels:

I am a full time musician, and I decided to go cheap, and buy the soft case. It lasted me about a year of heavy traveling, until the bottom kinda busted open, now I have hardware leaking out and dragging on the ground when I'm wheeling it out of our trailer. I will give it that- it lasted a year. But for anyone who's planning on traveling a lot, invest in hard cases. all the best

      Kaces gig hardware baf

      By TimP.

Comments about Kaces Drum Hardware Bag with Wheels:

I have been using bag (47") past few months. I put most of my hardware in bag, 3 Heavy cymbal stand, high hat stand, snare stand, tom mounts, and lots of accesories. It makes it a joy getting out of the clubs before everyone else. I like to know I have all the equip. I came with. I've had no problems with the gig bag. It's made well and has all kinds of pockets for odds and ends you need at a gig. I think I'll pick up the smaller bag for the rest of my equip. A good investment for your equip.

      Why Not Use a Suitcase?

      By Coldfront777-QBGQ0

      from Alamo, CA

Comments about Kaces Drum Hardware Bag with Wheels:

I certainly can understand why people would want a heavy-duty bag to carry their hardware in. I personally have about 9 cymbal stands and boom arms that require a large carrying case. But all you're buying here is a suitcase. Why not just pull one out from your garage or something? I gave this product a "4" overall. 1: Because it sounds like its terrible quality, and 2: because I can use a sturdy suitcase I already own to carry my junk.
