I have 3 different conga stands with 3 different mounting hardware spacing on them and this would not fit on anything! There was absolutly no description on the spacing of the holes or a compatable bracket! Theres no reason to even think about buying this unless you know for a fact that you have the one stand that it will fit!

I bought it thinking it would fit my professional LP conga stand and it doesn't maybe because its an aspire LP brand instead of the professional set i have. But surprisingly you can still mount it with the congas and perform without problem. Very well made and constructed pieces. Still Like it a lot.

They should mention the mounting bracket dimensions, or at least list stands with which it's compatible. Oh, well.
The mounting plate (that goes over the wing-nut bolts on top of your dual conga stand) could've been made to accomodate the small difference in where the bolts stick up on various manufacturers' stands. I bought this bongo-bracket for a Toca Synergy conga and tumba stand, and it's about 1/2" off.....bigger holes with washers would've been my favorite 'feature'; as it is I sent mine back.
Tough and strong (but be sure you're planning on using it with LP drums)!
It had no value to me; better luck next time, LP.

It you have an LP single post Conga stand and want to mount your Bongos above it, this is a great solution at a really good price.
If you were to mount this onto an LP Conga stand I doubt there would be any issues. The four posts that you connect your 2 congas too; this would slip right over.
Since I did not have LP Congas (nor LP Bongos) I did not realize this. Nor could I really see how this would actually work in real life"
With that said, I was able to rig it up so it holds. The mount for the Bongos holds them very sturdyily.
Very solid high quality construction!
Comparitive to other Bongo mounts the price on this was very reasonable.
