          I love these little shakers. They have some of the best crisp shaker sound and fit nicely into a stick bag. They tend to be very responsive and you can make the sound more full by adding more. I tend to use both in one hand but I've seen people use 4-6 in one hand for a heavier sound. I also prefer these over the eggs because the handle helps me with gripping. Be careful though, I have had several crack and the handles come off but it is because of them being in my stick bag and not being secure. When I play a church venue, little kids love them. Sometimes it's hard to get them away from the infants without them crying so you might want to buy some spares...

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          Great toy for todlers! They enjoy the sound and at the same time would'nt drive parents crazy.
          Thin handles makes it easy for todlers to use. Mellow sounding shaker/maracas.
          Very strong and durable plastic.
          Great value for the price.
