A tribute workhorse for the performing musician.

I own a lot of signatue snare drums but this model definitely nailed it.
Very responsive and crisp. Easy to play and definitely beautiful to look at.
Because of this snare drum i am looking forward to other trying out other ludqig models.
- Was this a gift?:
I own a john bonham classic maple kit which is amazing,so I just had to have the Black Magic snare to complete the set up,its absolutely brilliant for blues jazz and pop.
cheers from England.
ok so I went on a feeling that I had to buy this drum, not just because its a Black Magic, but because of its looks as well. No regrets whatsoever. Im in the process of getting some aquarian heads on that sucker and its gonna sound righteous. the ring is a little crazy at first but once you tune the resonant side a little higher its great. Highly suggest it, it is a once in a lifetime drum anyways.
