    The Meinl Headliner Tribal Series Rope Tuned Djembe is a great way to start playing the Djembe. It is decorated with a painted tribal design and features the traditional Mali Weave tuning system. The drum's black body is carved out of one solid piece of plantation grown mahogany wood, which produces beautifully rich bass tones with the quick high slap tones.

    Its hand-selected goat skin head combined with the African-style ornamental painting and shell carving offer authentic djembe tones and looks for a price that's easy to swallow. It delivers beautifully rich bass tones with the quick high slap tones.
