The Soundcaster Custom cymbals have a built-in glassy high end that's grounded in a bed of warm tone. You can use them for almost anything: metal, punk, alternative, rock, country, pop.     This cymbal is a great addition to anyone in the hardcore scene. I use my !7" side by side with my 16" Fusion, which compliment each other incredibly!

    After going through many Zildjian, Sabian and several other competitor crashes the Meinl Soundcaster is hands down the best. Bought a 16" and 18" in Nashville a few months ago and have not regretted this purchase. Have had a lot of positive feedback from fans at our shows. It's very clean and has the perfect sustain. Recommendation: go to a music store and play with them on a kit and compare!

    This cymbal is incredible. First off its an amazing sounding crash i own both the 16" and 18" and they are just fenominal. These cymbals are better than anything Zildjen, Sabian and Paiste can throw at it. Best Cymbals. Meinl Soundcasters are the best PERIOD. trust me ive been playing around many cymbals in my 30 years of drumming take it from me.
