This is a loud cymbal at a great price. It blends nicely with the rest of my cymbals. I would recommend you getting this if you are on a tight budget. Mine just now got a small crack on it and I've had it for about 9 months. I'm going to order another one soon.
I've played this where I take drum lessons. There is no crash or ride, only this, and it sounds really good. It can crash, and the ride sound is pretty good, too. I would recommend this cymbal to everybody, it's good.
if u r looking for a 18 in. crash/ride and low on cash then consider buying this paiste symbal i have had mine for a day now and i love it, it sounds great it has a nice Quick! sound and is great for the price. All of my other cymbals are solar made by sabian and i have a wuhan china and this is the very best of them all!!! so buy this symbal if u r looking for a crash/ride!!
I own this cymbal and for the money, you get a great sounding piece to add to your collection. You can play this cymbal hard and not have the overwash of regular low-end cymbals. This is a great buy.
Suprisingly awesome cymbal for the price... it really projects through a loud guitar!
the paiste 101 crash/ride is a good sounding cymbal but if you play hard dont plan on having it long. i bought mine about 2 months ago and it already has a 3 inch split in it. i play my drums about 3 times a week and usually only do 1 show a month, so i am constantly on it but i dont think it should've broken so soon.
This cymbal is an okay choice for a beginer if you don't have a whole lot to spend. I bought this cymbal plus the Paiste 101 14" crash and I wasn't so satisfied. You can tell from the looks and sound it's a cheap and poor quality cymbal. Paiste is a great brand of cymbals, but if you want quality sound go for something of higher price. Trust me you'll never regret it.
