The highhats are great! they have a nice ching when they are closed and are washy open. The crash has a very fast attack and decent decay, and the ride is un beatable. all in all, these cymbals are the best out there for the price.. better than sabian B8 and much better than Zildjian Zbt, Zht, and Zxt. I would recomend these to any drummer that needs amazing cymbals at an amazing price!!

cant beat this deal! the ride is absolutely amazing, and the bell has the perfect ping to it and is very prominent! The hats are also perfect, probably my favorite of the set. The crash takes some getting used to, it awesome but takes forever to ring out. You should probably use it as your primary crash or else the ring will bother you otherwise. Overall, paiste fails to let me down - BUY THIS SET!

I purchased the rock set along with the pst5 18" rock crash and I'm more than satisfied. These cymbals are THE best cymbals on the market in the respective price range. I converted from the zbt's and the quality difference is vast. The best part about this these cymbals is definitely the hats and ride. The hats have a beautiful 'chick and sound with a large number of ranges between closed and completely open.. the rock ride is very thick with a beautiful sustain and no earpiercing bell. the volume on the bell is perfect. Don't get me wrong the pst5 rock crashes are great cymbals. but they're definitely the one downside of the set. they're pitch is higher than I prefer and the sustain is far too long. With a full hit crash it takes about 10 seconds for the ring to fade completey. All in all, great set. the price really surprisingly low for how good these babies sound. buy the pst5 rock set noww!

I have been playing this cymbal set for about 3 months. They have some great qualities, but some downsides as well. Hi Hats: By far the best part of the set, I LOVE these hats. Sound great, nice open sound, great closed sound with a wide range, I absolutely love them, not a thing wrong with them. Ride: The ride is a good cymbal, but I do have some problems with it. The bell is decent, but I would not say it is good. The sound of the actual cymbal is great but it rings out for FOREVER and has harsh overtones. Crash: My least favorite of the set. Just does not sound good... it gets the job done for beginners, but that's really it. Overall: Great set for the price! I don't think anything compares at this price range! So if you are low on cash, pick it up!
