This crash is INSANE! It is a full bodied monster crash that can be heard un-miked at almost any gig. It has a lot tone at soft volumes, and roars with intensity at high volumes. Overall, just the sound I was looking for, worth every penny.

I just recieved this cymbal earlier today.I got the 20 inch version because i needed a monster cymbal for thrash metal.This thing is almost dangerous. If you do not have earplugs you need to buy them. This cymbal will crush your soul with its power. Its got the fattest shattering crash out of any cymbal ive played. I use all paiste rudes on my kit. Mega power ride,thin crash(17),splash(10), WILD CRASH (20), Wild hi-hat(14), regular rude hi-hat(14),Novo china (18),China (18). overall Paiste Rude cymbals are top of the line 5 out of 5. If you dont have these cymbals buy them. Worth the money and you wont ever crack them. Thank You Paiste

Ok...well I was skeptical of buying these cymbals because although I am a huge Paiste Signature fan, I was not sure how these were going to sound. I can tell you this...the sound quality is great. Very clear, loud and cutting. These cut through the mix and just explode. I have both the 17 and 18 inch. They compliment my Signature Full crash very well. I am very impressed with these cymbals.

This cymbal is just...wow! It is my first "Rude" cymbal up next to my Alpha Rock. It looks wicked cool and sounds even better! Its wicked loud and has a pretty beefy sound that you cant miss. The overtones arnt bad, little gongy sound but it does not sound bad next to its main sound! If you can get past the wicked price, your in for a "wild" ride! =P

This cymbal is incredibly loud. It'll cut through anything you're playing. Good for accents but if you plan on riding it you should probably invest in ear plugs. I've owned it for several months and appears to have virtually no wear and tear. Very durable.
