I just ordered this stand. I had recently removed my toms from the kick drum mount. I bought this stand to hold both my 10" and 12" rack tom, as well as hold a crash cymbal. Let me tell you, this thing is amazing. With the two toms, the extra clamp and 17" crash cymbal, this thing doesnt budge. I was blown away of how awesome it was. Plus it looks amazing, has some top notch features and is a great value. If you need a sturdy stand that can hold many different pieces of your kit, this is it. A++

I got this stand with a pearl drum kit I got for Christmas of 2009. I love it! It's the best stand I've ever used. It light but still rugged enough to handle the road. I love it! The only complaint I have is that the nut that holds the cymbal down keeps screwing down everytime I hit the cymbal. Other than that a fantastic stand that I highly reccomend!

I have an 18" Istanbul Crash and my 10" and 12" toms mounted on this. It doesnt budge. It doesnt fall. nothing. And I beat the crrap out of it and play out with it. Im definitely impressed.

The Pearl B-900 Boom Stand is THE BEST cymbal stand out there for its price. I don't think it's necessary to go into any higher priced stands. I have a heavy 18" crash at maximum reach on there and I hit it, and it doesn't even tip. Very stable, a must.

I have used Pearl's 800-series hardware for the past 7 years without complaint. The new 900-series is even better. With memory locks at every joint, a rattle-free wing nut, and a unilock tilter, this is an incredible value.

Pearl does it again with hardware. For the price, this stand is as sturdy as I've ever used. I have a 16' thin crash on the boom and also have two mounting brackets attached to it. One for a 13' tom and and another for a 20' ride. Yes, this stand is supporting all of that with ease and I have make fewer trips to the vehicle because of it.Thanks Pearl!!
