The PowerShifter bass pedal's footboard moves forward or backward to change leverage feel to light, normal, or heavy. I ditched my dw5000 double pedal for a single chain drive eliminator. This thing is easily ten times better than the DW. Can you say "interchangeable cams", pure genius. Dont know which one you want? doesnt matter anymore, just get one of these. Very nice quality. I also love that it uses skate bearings, thats just too cool, I was thinking about putting some Bones Swiss in there, not because it needs any adjustment but just because you can.

This is an INCREDILBE kick pedal. It's fast, very resonsive, and has 4 different sounds with one beater! If you have a fast foot then this kick peadal is for you. If you like Chad Smith, he ALWAYS uses this kick peadal so another reason to use such a great kick pedal, used by an amazing drummer, for an unbeilivibly low price!

I was contented with the mid level pedal that came with my kit. Never really expected that there could be more to a good pedal than spring tension and a solid base plate. I was wrong...I heard good things about eliminators so I decided to try it out. The interchangable cams is what made me purchase this intead of Tama's iron cobra. You can change the cams to select the power and feel that works best for you. It moves smoothly and is very sturdy. You can adjust just about everything...the footboard position, footboard angle, beater angle...Plus, the beater produces a solid bass sound. Get it! It's definitely worth much more than its price!!

This excellent pedal made me respect Pearl. It is so easy to adjust to my likings. I can easily switch cams to the type of music that I am playing. I play rock, so I use the blue cam. I can also adjust the beater, foot pad, and heel pad. I can clearly and easily play 16th notes without my foot slipping. Great job, Pearl!

This pedal is amazing. I tried out Gibraltar, DW, and every other brand and no other pedal can touch this. It's the extremely quiet for recording and has the power and speed for Metal and the smooth accurate feel for Jazz, Blues or Soft Rock. This pedal is also very durable. I've been using mine for about 3 years with no problems. This pedal is worth the money.

I couldn't believe this pedal. It was between this pedal and the DW 9000 when I bought the Pearl. I liked this one much better and it was much cheaper.

Great pedal. The interchangable cams is a definite plus. You can change the feel from a TAMA Iron Cobra to about as close to 'strap drive' as a double-chain can get! Also the ability to change the position of the footboard varies the feel nicely. This is an excellent pedal for anybody and the price is VERY nice as well. I'd say a DW5000 has nothing on this pedal, especially the $$ factor. A good buy for a set that will have multiple players (i.e. different students or whatever).
