This drum did exactly what I needed.

Comments about Pork Pie White Satin Little Squealer Snare Drum:

I bought this drum a few weeks ago, I had a nice chrome Yamaha snare drum, but it got lost in the guitar and bass in my band, I needed something that cut through the music more. This drum did exactly what I needed it to. I have another pork pie snare that isn't vented and it sounds great too but didn't quite do what I needed.I put a evans genra dry batter head on it and It has a nice dry crack that will cut through any musical style you play.I love this drum and really like that they did a price match for me.
