A focused shell pack offering all the best features of this Classic Premier Series as well as new design innovations at an economical cost.
Premier Series Classic drums are available in pre-configured shell packs, a first for truly high-end professional drums. Featuring a high-grade construction, this Premier Series Classic is hewn from the rich tonewood of bubinga. African bubinga is harder than maple or birch. Acoustically speaking, bubinga provides a very aggressive attack combined with unbelievably full and fat lows. These bubinga shells are crafted to 5.7mm 7-ply which allows these drums to display their unique characteristics to the fullest. All toms 12" and below are 4.8mm 6-ply.
In addition, this shell pack offers Premier's sturdy drum hardware to ensure ideal and reliable tuning. Rack toms are fitted with the stylish flush-fit ISO mount which allows closer positioning in multi-tom set-ups and firm support with no unnecessary loading on the shell allowing optimum resonance. This fixture also minimizes ‘Crosstalk' between drums, a bonus in any recording or live micing situation. With the distinctive Premier Series lug finished in Diamond Chrome, 2.3mm triple-flange steel hoops, and the quality assurance of the legendary “Red P” badge, these drums are ready for action. Tuning is made easy as Remo heads are fitted as standard.
