A set of nestable timbau drums ideal for beginners, but fit for all styles and skills.
The Versa 3 Timbau pack from Remo includes 3 Timbaus nested. Versa Drums, a revolutionary new line of World Percussion products designed to encourage and enhance the use of drumming in recreational music making, education, medicine, and social settings.
The Versa Timbau is manufactured with Remo's Acousticon drum shell, the TF 15 Skyndeep drumhead, "Taper-Fit Drum Coupling" which is engineered to create an easy, self-sealing fit between drumhead and drum shell for optimum sound quality. Suitable for early to professional applications, the Versa Timbau is light in weight, but packs a punchy bass tone that impresses tunable drums. With over 55 years of drumhead technology Remo's pre-tuned Versa drumhead is tuned for optimum performance.
Lightweight, nestable and compact, the Versa Timbau Drum is the latest in a long line of Remo innovations and features Remo's "Taper-Fit Drum Coupling" drumhead. This technology, patent pending both domestically and internationally, is engineered to create an easy, self-sealing fit with the Versa pretuned drumhead giving the Versa Timbau Drum rich bass tones and an overall high quality of sound.
Easily remove the drumhead and play it like a frame drum or switch the head from another Versa drum to transform sound of the drum. For easy portability and space saving storage, the Versa Timbau Drums are nestable.

Comments about Remo 3 Versa Timbaus:
I purchased these for a general music classroom, and I am pleased with the sound. I wanted ones that were light enough to transport to more than one campus, and these fulfill that requirement as well as being stackable so they don't take up to much of my classroom space. The only thing I would like is a convenient way to store the heads so that when the drums are stacked the heads are either in a bag with them or else in a pouch that can accompany the body of the drum.
Most importantly, the students are able to enjoy and experiement with the drums.
