    Perfect For Supraphonics!

    Comments about Remo Diplomat Snare Side Head:

    Overall it cant be beat!
    The Remo Diplomat Snare Side Head is the perfect snare side head for the Ludwig Metal Snare drums. They do what the Ludwig extra thin does and thats cut down the high pitched ring that one hears when using single ply heads or a thinner batter head. The LM400,LM402, and the LB416,417,418,419 Black Beauties all come from the Factory with the Ludwig Extra Thin snare side head which is about the same thickness as a Diplomat. An Ambassador or heavier works well with a 2ply Emperor batter but still not nearly as good as the Diplomat. The Ludwig Metal, Brass amd Bronze snare drums are the only ones I use Diplomats on, Everything else gets a medium wieght Ambassador snare side head.

    This is just what I wanted. I too have used ludwig extra thin on my snare, and this head is even thinner. Haven't tried it out yet. But im sure it will work just fine. Be careful when unpackaging it is so thin and fragile like a sheet of paper it might bend or dent if not careful.
