I would reccommend it to anyone
I have used several other heads before I tried these Remo's. I absolutely love them from the moment I put it on my set! The deep warm tones carry just the right amount of time for rock and blues grooves. This is THE best my drum kit has ever sounded. And The are holding their tunings longer than others ive tried.
I cant swear to how long they will last but they already look 100X's better than all my previous heads looked at this point.I believe they will last awhile just based off how much thicker these are than any other heads I have purchased.

I've been playing 42 years and have tried many heads. For rock there is not a better head than Remo Pinstripe. You can tune them loose and deep and they will give you the cannon sound but with tone. My son plays Jazz in school and plays rock with his friends. We outfitted his Premier Artist Fusion kit with these. He tunes them tight for Jazz and they give him enough bounce to play jazz; Then loose in his rock band and those little fusion toms sound deep. They lst a long time and are hard to dent. The bass head feels a little hard at first but the tone is awesome. Don't waste you money on anything but these.

In my opinion, Remo Pinsritpe heads are quite simply the best heads you can put on your kit. all 3 of my TAMA kits (1982 Swingstar, 1997 Starclassic, 2007 Superstar) are outfitted with them and they all sound great. Did the Evans heads and Aquarian heads but it always came back around to Pinstripes, for depth, punch, clarity and price. There is a reason that they are still the bestseller, quality and consistincey.
