    the fiberskyn head has sounded well on my snare and works great with brushes however next time i will not get the powerstroke model, just a fiberskyn ambassador because i believe it is almost to much dampening.

    I put this head on my snare, and I'm very happy with the performance. The head is extremely tunable, and I have yet to make the slightest dent. The tone is warm, but still crisp. I'm satisfied.
