A practical and heavy duty solution to prevent detuning and keep even heavy hitters in the groove.

If a gradual or rapid detune during a performance is the nightmare scenario for a rock drummer, consider the RSL-1 Drum Tension Rod Locks by Rimshot-Locs a silver bullet. These tension rod locks are a 5/16" standard hex bolt constructed of chromed brass and stainless steel and fit any tom and snare drum that has a standard amount of exposed tension rod thread and more than 3/4" of an inch tolerance between the underside of the hoop rim and the top edge to the drum lug swivel nut.

With Rimshot-Locs available for every drum in your kit, using them across your set can ensure a consistent intonation and strike. With a simple one-time installation, you can take a big and cost-effective step in standardizing your tune.
